Boca Raton, Fla. (Sept. 29, 2016)—Image360 – Boca Raton recently announced that during the month of October a portion of their sales will go to “Real Men Wear Pink” benefiting the American Cancer Society. Additionally, Co-Owner Abilio Gonzalez was chosen to be one of the men raising awareness for cancer prevention in the South Florida area.
Real Men Wear Pink is a distinguished group of community leaders raising awareness and funds for this year's Making Strides Against Breast Cancer event. Together they are making a difference in the fight against breast cancer. The American Cancer Society is determined to save lives from breast cancer by promoting early detection and prevention, funding groundbreaking research, and giving patients support wherever and whenever they need it. Because of the passion of community supporters, Real Men Wear Pink of South Palm Beach candidates are helping create a world free from the pain and suffering of breast cancer.
“Cancer touched my family starting at a very early age, so it was a great honor to be invited to join this initiative,” explained Gonzalez. “Two years ago Image360 – Boca Raton raised $10,000 for the Cancer Center at Boca Regional Hospital and we hope to be able to match or top that number through this campaign.”
